My priority is to ensure that my clients feel safe, understood, and skillfully supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere. I take a holistic approach to wellness which addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in assisting with substance use disorders, critical incident stress management, work/life balance, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss.
Qualifications & Expertise
I hold a Masters's degree in Child and Youth Care, with a specialization in counselling psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia. My expertise includes addiction recovery, trauma-informed therapy, harm reduction strategies, and co-parenting support. I am also experienced in psychedelic integration, helping clients safely incorporate their experiences into their personal healing journeys.
